Description of CA40/41 Cement
Kerui Ferroaluminate cement is primarily composed of calcium aluminate (CA) as its main mineral phase, with a rich content of ferrite phase (C4AF). It outperforms Portland cement in multiple aspects, offering rapid setting, fast hardening, quick drying, early strength development, high-temperature resistance, controllable volume changes before and after hardening, as well as resistance to weak acids and bio-sourced sulfuric acid corrosion. Widely applied in chemical building materials, high-performance concrete, sewage and pipeline engineering, mining, refractory materials, and other industries.

Advantages of CA40/41 Cement
1. Superior rapid hardening and early strength; 2. Excellent high-temperature resistance; 3. Outstanding wear resistance; 4. Unique resistance to weak acids and bio-sourced sulfuric acid erosion.
Application of CA40/41 Cement
Firstly, it is widely used in the construction of high – temperature resistant engineering, such as the lining of blast furnaces and kilns, because of its excellent high – temperature resistance. Secondly, it is suitable for emergency repair and construction projects due to its rapid hardening and high early – strength properties. Thirdly, it can be used in some special projects requiring high corrosion resistance, like in areas with high salt or acidic environments. Moreover, it is also applied in the production of some special concretes and mortars to meet specific engineering requirements. In addition, ferric aluminate cement is sometimes used in the field of decorative building materials for its good workability and certain decorative effects.
