Description of Ceramic Fiber Rope
Ceramic fiber rope is made of ceramic fiber spun yarn and is often used as heat insulation material. It is an excellent substitute for asbestos rope. Ceramic fiber rope has excellent chemical stability and high-temperature resistance and can remain stable under extreme temperatures and environmental conditions. Ceramic fiber rope can be divided into twisted rope, square rope, and round rope. Ceramic fiber ropes can be selected in different materials and specifications according to specific needs to meet the needs of various industrial fields.

Advantages of Ceramic Fiber Rope
High-Temperature Stability
At high temperatures, it will not react with oxygen to cause damage to the ceramic fiber rope. It can experience rapid changes in high and low temperatures while maintaining stable physical properties during the process. In a high-temperature environment, the ceramic fiber rope will not melt and can maintain full strength.
Sound Insulation
The sound insulation performance of ceramic fiber rope is mainly reflected in high sound absorption and shock reduction. High sound absorption means that the internal fine fiber structure and porosity can effectively absorb sound; shock reduction means that the ceramic fiber rope can achieve sound insulation by reducing sound transmission.
Efficient Insulation
Because the thermal conductivity of ceramic fiber rope is very low, with almost no heat conduction, it can well prevent heat conduction at high temperatures, and protect objects from high-temperature radiation.
Chemical Resistance
It means that it has good corrosion resistance to most acidic and alkaline materials, and also has good corrosion resistance to saline media such as salt water and seawater.
Classifications of Ceramic Fiber Rope
Ceramic Fiber Twisted Rope
Twisted rope is formed by twisting two or more strands of ceramic fiber ropes to form a twisted structure. This structure makes the twisted rope have high strength and durability.
Ceramic Fiber Square Rope
Square ropes have a square or rectangular cross-section with a larger contact area and edges. Fills corners and gaps in irregular surfaces more tightly.
Ceramic Fiber Round Rope
Round rope has a circular cross-section and is the most common and commonly used shape. It provides good softness and sealing properties for general caulking and sealing applications.
Application of Ceramic Fiber Rope
Boilers
Ceramic fiber blankets are used for sealing and insulation in boilers, such as the gap between the furnace body and the furnace door, and the furnace cover. Its use can reduce heat and gas emissions, and improve the efficiency of the furnace.
Industrial furnace
Ceramic fiber ropes are often used in the sealing of various industrial furnaces, such as high-temperature furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, etc. Its use can isolate the loss of heat and prolong the service life of the kiln.
Coke oven
The coke oven mainly produces coal, and the ceramic fiber rope is mainly used for the sealing of the furnace door and the furnace cover, which can prevent gas leakage, ensure the normal operation of the furnace and protect the safety of the operators.
