Fused bricks, also known as fused zirconia corundum bricks, are abbreviated as AZS, which are arranged in the order of their content according to the three chemical components of the Al2O3-ZrO2-SiO2 ternary system phase diagram. AZS is abbreviated from "A" of Al2O3, "Z" of ZrO2 and "S" of SiO2, according to JC/T industry standard.For example, No. 33 fused zirconia corundum refractory brick is referred to as "AZS-33#", No. 36 fused zirconia corundum refractory brick is referred to as "AZS-36#", and No. 41 fused cast zirconia corundum refractory brick is referred to as "AZS-41#" .
AZS bricks can withstand extremely high temperatures, usually exceeding 1700 degrees Celsius, even reaching more than 2000 degrees Celsius. This makes it ideal for working in high temperature environments.

Zirconium products are high in zirconia and alumina, and the amount of impurities is small. The softening temperature under load of zirconium products is generally above 1420-1550 degrees.
The content of A1203 in the sintered AZS brick is relatively high, which is close to the neutral refractory material, and can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkaline slag.
