Manufacturing process of Ceramic Fiber Board

1. Raw material Preparation

First prepare high-purity ceramic fibers as the main raw materials, such as alumina fibers and aluminum silicate fibers, which are usually in the form of rolls or felts. Kerui will choose the best quality raw materials for customers.

2. Preparation of Additives

Additional additives, such as slurry thickeners and binders, can enhance the fluidity of fiber slurry. Then the ceramic fiber is mixed with an appropriate amount of water to form a fiber slurry. The additives depends on the user’s requirements.

3. Stir Evenly

After the raw materials and other additives are prepared, put them together and use a mixer to stir and disperse them to ensure that the fibers are evenly distributed and avoid clumping. Ensure stable product quality.

4. Forming

The vacuum principle is used to suck the stirred fiber slurry into the mold, and the fiber slurry is formed into the size required by the user through pressing. Bubbles will be eliminated during this process to ensure a smooth surface.

5. Solidification

6. Drying

The fiberboard should be heat treated in the drying equipment, the temperature is usually between 200°C and 400°C, and the drying time should be controlled to remove residual moisture and improve the stability of the fiberboard.

7. Processing and Correction
