KERUI CSTBL MIX RFRCTRY

CSTBL MIX RFRCTRY refers to monolithic refractory castables, formed by vibration casting or self-flowing to create a seamless, monolithic lining. This eliminates the weak points of traditional brickwork structures, significantly improving resistance to mechanical impact, slag erosion, and thermal shock. Construction is convenient and time-efficient.

High-strength Wear-resistant Series (Corundum Castables, Steel Fiber Castables): Temperature resistant up to 1900℃, erosion resistant, used in CFB boiler cyclone separators and cement kiln inlets.

Erosion-resistant Series (Non-stick Aluminum Castables, Chromium Corundum Castables, High-alumina Silicon Carbide Castables): Resistant to aluminum molten metal penetration and acid/alkali corrosion, suitable for aluminum smelting furnaces, steel refining furnaces, and cement kiln riser flues.
