내산성 모르타르에 대한 설명

내산성 모르타르는 42.5등급 이상의 일반 포틀랜드 시멘트, 모래, 규암 및 화성암으로 만든 분말에 적절한 규산나트륨과 불화규산나트륨을 첨가하여 만들어집니다. 내산성 모르타르는 주로 라이닝 재료, 산성 바닥 및 산성 보호 층으로 사용됩니다.

내산성 모르타르는 간단한 조작, 우수한 내산성, 우수한 불투과성 및 가수 분해성, 가마 및 용광로 적용을위한 저렴한 비용의 장점을 가진 특수 부식 방지 재료의 일종입니다.

섬세함: 평방 센티미터당 900개의 구멍에 대한 체의 잔류물은 1%를 초과하지 않습니다. 평방 센티미터당 4900개의 구멍에 대한 체의 잔류물은 15%를 초과하지 않아야 합니다.
설정 시간: 초기 설정은 30분 이내에 완료해야 합니다. 최종 설정은 8시간 이내에 완료해야 합니다.
산성 안정성: 공기 및 40% 황산에서 1시간 동안 끓인 후에도 균열, 박리 및 손상이 없습니다.
