Ultra low cement refractory castables are high-performance refractory materials developed on the basis of low cement refractory castables. The amount of aluminate cement is generally 2.5%~5%, and its performance is better than that of low cement refractory castables.
Ultra low cement refractory castables have significantly reduced cement content, combined with special binders and high-quality aggregates, and have the characteristics of low porosity, high strength, and good thermal shock resistance. They are ideal for various high-temperature industrial applications.

1.Low cement content, which cuts down heat shrinkage; 2.High strength for better durability; 3.Low porosity to resist penetration; 4.Excellent thermal shock resistance for harsh high – temp use.
Ultra low cement castables are widely used in steel – making ladles, glass – melting furnaces, and cement rotary kilns, where they withstand high temperatures, thermal shock, and mechanical stress.
