It has high refractoriness, good high temperature strength and thermal shock resistance, and strong resistance to slag erosion. It is often used in key parts such as the high temperature area of ​​the furnace bottom and furnace wall.

3. Silica bricks: The main component is silica, which has good high temperature volume stability, low thermal expansion coefficient and high load softening temperature, and can maintain good shape and strength at high temperature. It is generally used in the furnace roof of carbon roasting furnaces and other parts that have high temperature requirements and require good thermal insulation performance.

4. コランダムれんが: With corundum (alumina) as the main raw material, it has excellent properties such as high purity, high hardness, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and erosion resistance. It can be used in the furnace wall, furnace roof and other parts of the carbon roasting furnace.

6. Silicon carbide brick: The main component is silicon carbide, which has high thermal conductivity, high hardness, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, oxidation resistance and erosion resistance. It has high thermal conductivity, can effectively transfer heat, shorten the roasting cycle, and improve production efficiency. It is often used in the furnace bottom, furnace wall lining and other parts of the carbon roasting furnace.

Insulating materials: including lightweight clay bricks, rock wool, ceramic fibers, etc. Their common characteristics are low density and low thermal conductivity, which can effectively reduce the heat loss of the furnace body and reduce energy consumption. It is usually used for the outer layer of the furnace wall, the furnace roof and the insulation layer of the pipe of the carbon roasting furnace.

8. Cordierite brick: The main component is cordierite, which has a low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance and thermal insulation performance. Its high-temperature structural strength is good, and it can resist the thermal stress and mechanical stress in the furnace to a certain extent. It is often used in parts of carbon roasting furnaces that require high thermal shock resistance, such as the middle and upper parts of the furnace wall.

9. Magnesium-aluminum spinel brick: Magnesium-aluminum spinel synthesized from magnesium oxide and aluminum oxide is the main crystal phase, with good thermal shock resistance, high temperature strength and erosion resistance. It can maintain a stable structure at high temperature and resist erosion and scouring of various substances in the furnace. It is often used in the furnace door, furnace mouth and other parts of the carbon roasting furnace.
