As a joint material, clay refractory mortar can adjust the size deviation of bricks and play an important role in masonry structure.

High alumina mortar is made of high alumina cement and high alumina aggregate, with alumina content over 60%. The refractoriness of high alumina mortar is above 1500℃. High alumina refractory mortar is mixed with water to form a paste for laying and bonding shaped refractory products, such as refractory bricks.
