Fused Magnesite Bricks are produced with more than 90% magnesium oxide content as the raw material and periclase as the principal crystalline phase after smashing, mulling, molding, firing and drying in the high temperature. Magnesite Bricks can be classified into two types of burnt magnesite bricks and unburnt magnesite bricks.Magnesite Bricks are mainly used in electric furnace, tunnel kiln, rotary kiln and glass furnace with great properties of high refractoriness and good alkali slag erosion resistance.

1. Good slag resistance. 2. High refractoriness. Up to 2000 degrees. 3. Good thermal conductivity and hydration, but poor high temperature volume stability. 4. High load softening temperature, between 1500-1550 degrees.
Fused magnesia bricks are used in steelmaking furnaces, glass kilns, and cement rotary kilns to endure high – temperature and resist corrosion.
