High-aluminum low-cement castable
The main raw materials of high-aluminum low-cement castable are high-aluminum bauxite, with low-cement binder, refractory aggregate, powder and sodium tripolyphosphate and other additives. High-aluminum bauxite provides high alumina content to ensure fire resistance and wear resistance; low-cement binder reduces low melting phase while ensuring strength; aggregate and powder enhance strength and stability; additives can optimize the construction performance and comprehensive performance of high-aluminum low-cement castable.
Performance of high-aluminum low-cement castables
The performance advantages of high-aluminum low-cement castables are significant: the refractoriness is above 1400℃-1785℃, the compressive and flexural strengths are high, and they increase with the heating temperature, and the effect is more obvious in the medium temperature zone; the surface hardness is high, the wear loss is small, and it can resist erosion and wear; the thermal shock resistance is good, the thermal expansion rate is stable, and it is not easy to crack and peel off; the construction water consumption is only 6%-7%, the porosity is low, the density is high, and the resistance to slag penetration and chemical erosion is strong; at the same time, the plasticity and fluidity are good, it can adapt to complex structures, and the construction time is about 30 minutes.
Application of high-aluminum low-cement castables
High-aluminum low-cement castables are widely used. In the metallurgical industry, they are used for blast furnace tapping grooves, furnace bodies, furnace bottoms, converter linings, tapping ports, electric furnace tops, furnace walls and other parts; in the building materials industry, they are suitable for cement rotary kiln door covers, grate coolers, and various heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, etc.; in the petrochemical industry, they are used for catalytic cracking reactor linings and high-temperature furnace linings; in the machinery manufacturing industry, high-aluminum low-cement castables are used for high-temperature burner linings and heating furnace water pipe wrapping linings.
