1. Magnesium Carbon Brick (Mg-C Brick)
Main ingredients: fused magnesia + graphite
Advantages: good thermal shock resistance, erosion resistance, and peeling resistance
Application: ladle slag line (most seriously eroded)
2. Aluminum Magnesium Carbon Brick (Al-Mg-C Brick)
Main ingredients: high aluminum material + magnesia + graphite
Advantages: strong erosion resistance, good thermal shock stability, and strong oxidation resistance
Application: ladle working layer, especially ladle wall, ladle bottom and other areas
3. Высокоглиноземистый кирпич (High Alumina Brick)
Main ingredients: high alumina bauxite (Al₂O₃ > 55%)
Advantages: low cost, high refractoriness, good compressive strength
Application: ladle permanent layer (insulation layer or support layer)
4. Aluminum Carbon Brick (Al-C Brick)
Main ingredients: high aluminum material + graphite
Advantages: good thermal shock resistance and slag resistance
Application: middle and upper working layer of ladle
5. Magnesium Calcium Brick (Mg-Ca Brick)
Main ingredients: magnesia + limestone
Advantages: good resistance to high alkaline slag
Application: used when specific steel grades have special requirements for slag
6. Шпинелевый кирпич (Spinel Brick)
Main ingredients: MgAl₂O₄
Advantages: strong slag resistance, dense structure
Application: special parts of ladle bottom or ladle wall, improve service life
7. Unfired Brick (Unfired Bonded Brick)
Binding method: resin, chemical binder
Advantages: convenient construction, suitable for amorphous repair or quick repair
Application: local repair of ladle or specific emergency conditions
