고온 모르타르라고도 하는 내화 모르타르는 고온 환경에 견디는 데 사용할 수 있습니다. 일반 모르타르가 극한의 열을 견딜 수 없는 고온 용도를 위해 설계된 특수한 유형의 모르타르입니다. 내화 모르타르는 내화 분말, 바인더 및 특정 입자 비율의 혼합물로 구성되며 물 또는 액체 바인더에 부어 페이스트를 만듭니다. 내화 모르타르는 분말로 만들 수 있으며 가장 작은 크기는 1mm 미만일 수 있으며 일부는 0.5mm 미만입니다. 내화 모르타르는 높은 밀봉 성능과 높은 내식성을 가지고 있습니다. 다른 구성 요소에 따라 점토 모르타르, 고 알루미나 모르타르, 실리콘 모르타르, 마그네시아 모르타르 등으로 나눌 수 있습니다.

High alumina mortar is made of high alumina cement and high alumina aggregate, with alumina content over 60%. The refractoriness of high alumina mortar is above 1500℃. High alumina refractory mortar is mixed with water to form a paste for laying and bonding shaped refractory products, such as refractory bricks.
