Utilizzati principalmente come materiali strutturali per forni a coke, forni per vetro, forni per la produzione di acciaio acido e altre apparecchiature termiche.
Refractory silica bricks are acidic refractory materials mainly composed of tridymite, cristobalite, a small amount of residual quartz and glass phase. The silica content is above 94%, the true density is 2.35g/cm3, and it has the ability to resist acid slag erosion. It has high high temperature strength. The load softening temperature is 1620~1670℃. It will not deform after long-term use at high temperature. The thermal shock stability is low (heat exchange in water is 1~4 times).
Nota bene: oltre ai mattoni refrattari in silice, offriamo anche mattone isolante in silice.

1.High load softening temperature
2.Good resistance to acidic slag
3.High temperature volume stability
4.Excellent Corrosion Resistance
Silica bricks are widely used in coke ovens, glass furnaces and steel-making furnaces due to their high temperature resistance and acid resistance. They can withstand high temperatures and acidic environments.
