Corundum-mullite castables are refractory products made of high-quality corundum and mullite as core materials. They have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, and good thermal shock resistance. They are suitable for high-temperature industrial occasions with high requirements.

Corundum mullite castables are applied in steel – making furnaces to resist molten steel and slag corrosion. In glass – melting kilns, they endure high – temperature glass – making processes. They’re also used in cement rotary kilns to maintain structural stability under high – temperature and mechanical stress.
