超低水泥浇注料描述

超低水泥耐火浇注料是在低水泥耐火浇注料的基础上发展起来的高性能耐火材料。铝酸盐水泥用量一般为 2.5%~5%，其性能优于低水泥耐火浇注料。

超低水泥耐火浇注料的水泥含量明显降低，结合了特殊粘结剂和优质骨料，具有孔隙率低、强度高、抗热震性好等特点。它们是各种高温工业应用的理想选择。

超低水泥浇注料的施工方法

表面处理

确保建筑表面清洁、干燥、光滑，没有其他污染物

混合浇注料

根据所需材料混合多袋浇注料，并加入一定量的水调节湿度，以满足施工对湿度的要求

搅拌

将混合好的浇注料和粘合剂加入搅拌机中，加水，搅拌至颜色均匀，用手可抓起块状物而不渗漏（30 分钟内完成）。

振动

浇注料也应使用插入式振动器或平板振动器进行浇注，浇注层高度不应超过 400 毫米。通过振动浇注浇注料有助于消除气孔，提高衬里的密实度和强度。

固化

完工后的建筑体应在温度为 5-35℃ 的干燥环境中自然固化 5-7 天。在维护过程中应避免施工体振动。
