碳化硅砖描述

碳化硅砖是以碳化硅为主要原料制成的耐火材料。莫氏硬度为 9。对酸性炉渣更稳定。含 SiC 72% ~ 99%。分为粘土结合、Si3N4结合、Sialon结合、β-SiC结合、Si2ON2结合和再结晶碳化硅砖。一般以黑色碳化硅(SiC含量大于96%)为原料,加入粘结剂(或不加粘结剂),经配料、搅拌、成型、烧成等工序制备而成。主要品种有氧化物结合碳化硅砖、碳结合碳化硅砖、氮化物结合碳化硅砖、自结合碳化硅砖、再结晶碳化硅砖、半碳化硅砖等,具有耐磨性好、耐腐蚀、高温强度高、热震稳定性好、导热系数高、热膨胀系数小等特点。是一种高性能耐火材料。
