Recently, a delegation of North Korean clients visited the Kerui factory for an on-site inspection. This visit not only allowed the clients to gain a deeper understanding of Kerui’s technological strength and production scale in the field of refractory material manufacturing, but also led to a series of orders for 耐火砖 for cement kilns during subsequent business negotiations, opening a new chapter in cooperation between the two parties.
To welcome the visit, the Kerui factory organized a meticulous tour route and technical explanation arrangements in advance. Company management and the technical team accompanied the clients throughout the visit, providing detailed introductions to the workshop layout, intelligent production lines, raw material testing center, and finished product display area. The clients paid particular attention to the refractory brick forming equipment, tunnel kiln firing system, and the entire process quality control system, and fully affirmed Kerui’s high-end production standards.
In the refractory brick production workshop, engineers highlighted the material characteristics of refractory bricks specifically for cement rotary kilns, including the temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and service life of products such as high-alumina bricks, bauxite anti-spasting bricks, and magnesia-chrome bricks. The client meticulously recorded and raised several questions related to the operating conditions, such as material configuration schemes for different areas of the kiln head, kiln tail, and transition zone. The technical team provided professional answers based on practical examples, earning high praise from the client.
During the visit, the North Korean client developed a strong sense of trust in KERI’s rigorous production management system. The standardized storage of raw materials and the quality tracking system for each process further reassured the client about KERI’s stable supply capabilities. In the finished product display area, the client repeatedly examined the dimensions, density, and appearance quality of different grades of refractory bricks and expressed their intention to cooperate on-site.
The subsequent business negotiations were conducted in a relaxed and pragmatic atmosphere. Based on the North Korean client’s upcoming cement kiln overhaul and technical upgrade project, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding product configuration schemes, order quantities, delivery cycles, and transportation arrangements. Ultimately, the client decided to purchase a batch of high-performance refractory bricks for the firing and transition zones of the cement kiln and confirmed a preliminary order on-site, marking a significant step forward for KERI’s development in the North Korean market.
Customer representatives stated that this on-site visit provided them with a comprehensive and intuitive understanding of KERI’s technical strength and product reliability. The large-scale factory, advanced equipment, and standardized management were key reasons for their decision to cooperate. KERI also emphasized that it will organize production to the highest standards, ensure on-time delivery, and provide necessary technical support and installation guidance to ensure optimal performance of refractory bricks in cement kilns.
This visit and successful order from the North Korean customer not only further enhances KERI’s influence in the international market but also reaffirms the company’s competitive advantage in the refractory materials field. In the future, KERI will continue to uphold its principles of professionalism, stability, and win-win cooperation, providing higher quality products and services to customers worldwide.
