Areia de magn\u00e9sia fortemente calcinada<\/h3>\n<p>Areia de magnesita queimada pesada \u00e9 magnesita, magnesita, \u00e1gua do mar e hidr\u00f3xido de magn\u00e9sio de salmoura e outras mat\u00e9rias-primas em 1600 ~ 1900 \u2103 totalmente sinterizado e obtido o produto. A fase intercristalina \u00e9 frequentemente acompanhada pela fase de silicato, a composi\u00e7\u00e3o flutua entre C3S-C2S-C3MS2-M2S. A magnesite \u00e9 principalmente uma magnesite entre a fase de silicato da liga\u00e7\u00e3o coloidal. Os poros abertos intergranulares s\u00e3o mais longos.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Areia de magn\u00e9sio da \u00e1gua do mar<\/h3>\n<p>Devido ao facto de as reservas de min\u00e9rio de magnesite serem abundantes, as empresas metal\u00fargicas chinesas baseiam-se, desde h\u00e1 muito tempo, na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de areia de magn\u00e9sio a partir de min\u00e9rio de magnesite, principalmente areia de magn\u00e9sio de baixa qualidade. Utilizando o m\u00e9todo de calcina\u00e7\u00e3o em duas fases, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel produzir areia de magn\u00e9sio de elevada pureza com um grau de pureza pr\u00f3ximo de 97%. At\u00e9 \u00e0 data, continua a ser dif\u00edcil produzir areia de magn\u00e9sio de pureza ultra-alta com um grau de pureza n\u00e3o inferior a 99% atrav\u00e9s do m\u00e9todo de queima pesada.<\/p>\n<p>Por conseguinte, tendo em conta a situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual no nosso pa\u00eds, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um \u00fanico m\u00e9todo f\u00edsico para produzir um grande n\u00famero de areias de magn\u00e9sio de elevada pureza a partir de min\u00e9rios com mais de 98%, especialmente n\u00e3o menos de 99% de areias de magn\u00e9sio de ultra elevada pureza, \u00e9 ainda mais dif\u00edcil. E a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de areia de magn\u00e9sio de elevada pureza e ultra elevada pureza a partir da \u00e1gua do mar, especialmente a partir da salmoura, \u00e9 obviamente muito mais f\u00e1cil e tem mais vantagens do que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de areia de magn\u00e9sio de elevada pureza a partir da magnesite. Cristais de magnesita geralmente em 30-50\u03bcm, fase de silicato intercristalino menos, liga\u00e7\u00e3o mais direta entre cristais, intracristalino, poros mais fechados intercristalinos, tamanho de poro uniforme, tamanho de poro principalmente em 5\u03bcm ou menos.<\/p>\n<p><center><a class=\"fancybox price\" href=\"#contact_form_pop\">OBTER PRE\u00c7O<\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<h2>Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es da areia de magnesite sinterizada<\/h2>\n<p>Na ind\u00fastria sider\u00fargica, a magn\u00e9sia sinterizada \u00e9 utilizada para fabricar tijolos refract\u00e1rios e revestimentos de fornos para resistir \u00e0s altas temperaturas e \u00e0 corros\u00e3o qu\u00edmica durante o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7o. Na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o de metais n\u00e3o ferrosos, a magn\u00e9sia sinterizada pode proteger o equipamento do ambiente agressivo do metal fundido. Para revestimentos refract\u00e1rios e materiais fundidos, a magn\u00e9sia sinterizada pode melhorar a resist\u00eancia ao calor e a resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica.
