Lors de la construction du rev\u00eatement du four de craquage, celui-ci peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9 en quatre parties en fonction de sa structure : la chambre de radiation, la section de transition, la section de convection, le conduit de fum\u00e9e et la chemin\u00e9e. La configuration sp\u00e9cifique des mat\u00e9riaux isolants r\u00e9fractaires pour chaque partie est la suivante :<\/p>\n<h2>1. Chambre de radiation<\/h2>\n<p>The radiation chamber is the heating reaction site for light hydrocarbons in the cracking medium. The furnace temperature is 1260\u00b0C. There are oil and gas burners on both sides of the wall and the bottom. The refractory insulation materials used in the bottom, side walls, and top of the radiant chamber are different.<br \/>\nA. The furnace bottom mainly uses insulation boards, insulation refractory bricks, refractory bricks, etc.<\/p>\n<p>B. Section de transition<\/h2>\n<p>Comme la paroi du four de la chambre radiante, les parois lat\u00e9rales sont install\u00e9es avec des modules de fibres, les modules dans les parties de forme sp\u00e9ciale sont install\u00e9s avec des modules sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us, et la structure du rev\u00eatement de fond est la m\u00eame que celle du fond du four de la section radiante.
