Advantages of Acid Resistant Castable
1.Refractoriness: Suitable for high temperature kilns operating at approximately 950°C-1250°C (1742℉ to 2282℉). 2.Excellent Acid Resistance: Can withstand the erosion of various acids. 3.Good Fluidity: Easy to pour and form during construction. 4.Good mechanical strength: The cured acid-resistant castable has excellent compression and bending resistance. 5.Environmental protection: Harmless and renewable raw materials are selected for production, with international environmental management system certification.
Application of High Alumina Refractory Castable
Acid-resistant castables have wide applications. They are used in the lining of chemical reaction vessels to resist acid corrosion. In acid pickling tanks, they protect the tank walls. In sulfuric acid production plants, they are applied to furnaces and chimneys. Also, they are utilized in waste incineration plants to withstand acidic gases.
